Core Class – Improve your Core Stability

A strong core, or trunk, acts as a base off which our limbs can produce, and transfer, work and power. The role of core strength in the prevention and treatment of lower back pain and injuries is clearly demonstrated in the literature. If you are looking for a class to really help you improve your trunk strength and control, as well as your overall core stability, this is it.
Our Core Class is a small group class with a maximum of six (6) people per class to ensure you get a high level of supervision in the program. Each class runs for 30 minutes and is designed to be a targeted workout for your trunk!
The goals of our Core Class are to:
- Improve your strength, power and control
- Improve your total body strength
- Increase postural control and endurance
- Improve sports performance
- Improve general well-being and daily function
- Reduce your chance of sustaining a lower back injury
