Saturday Circuit Class
Our Saturday Circuit Class is a small group class with a maximum of four (4) people per class to ensure you get a high level of supervision in the program. Sessions are a mix of cardio, strength and mobility. Each class runs for 45 minutes and is designed to be a high tempo, high energy workout for your whole body!
Bang for buck, if you really want to help fast track your overall fitness, this class will help give you the kick start you are looking for!
The classes are scaled for each person, meaning you just go at your own pace. Forget about having to keep up with everyone else – regardless of your fitness level this class is awesome!
This is a great way to blast into your Saturday and kick your weekend into action!
