We have developed specific preparation, rehabilitation or management programs for knee and hip osteoarthritis. Whether it is for upcoming surgery, or ongoing management of your osteoarthritis – we have a program to help you
This is a specific, gym based program for 10-17 year old young people.
The program is tailored to each individual and is designed to teach them how to train safely and effectively in the gym.
With a maximum of 4 people per class, no other program in Sydney offers this level of supervision and training.
We are very pleased to offer Shockwave Therapy as part of our comprehensive treatment approach to plantar fasciitis and heel pain.
Shockwave is a clinically proven treatment that is very effective for people that have plantar fasciitis, however everyone needs a comprehensive assessment and treatment plan developed.
