This is a specific gym based program for 10-17 year olds. The program is tailored to each individual and is designed to teach them how to train safely and effectively in the gym.

Our physiotherapy team is led by Scott Wilson, APA Sports Physiotherapist, APA Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist.

Our physiotherapy clinic is conveniently located in Drummoyne, in the inner west of Sydney.  With easy access via Victoria Road, as well as buses and the ferry service at Drummoyne Wharf, our clinic is easy to get to.
