Core Conditioning Class

Term 3, 2015. Classes commence Wednesday 15th July for 10 weeks. Register your interest now!

A key performance measure for many individuals is their ‘Core Strength’. A strong core, or trunk, acts as a base off which our limbs can produce, and transfer work and power. A well trained core is essential for your best performance and injury prevention1.

Our Core Conditioning Class is a small group class with a maximum of six (6) people per class to ensure you get a high level of supervision in the program. Each class runs for 30 minutes and is designed to be a comprehensive workout for your trunk!
