Just like Core Class, our Circuit Class is a small group class with a maximum of six (6) people per class to ensure you get a high level of supervision in the program. Sessions are a mix of cardio, strength and mobility. Each class runs for 30 minutes and is designed to be a high tempo, high energy workout for your whole body!
Bang for buck, if you really want to help fast track your overall fitness, this class will help give you the kick start you are looking for! The classes are scaled for each person, meaning you just go at your own pace. Forget about having to keep up with everyone else – regardless of your fitness level this class is awesome!
Classes run on Mondays. With only six people per class, these courses will sell out.

Saturday Super Circuit
Our Saturday Super Circuit is a small group class with a maximum of six (6) people per class to ensure you get a high level of supervision in the program.
The class is designed to be an all over class that targets cardio, strength and mobility – just like our Monday class. However this class is 45 minutes, not 30!
This is a great way to blast into your weekend and kick your weekend into action!
