Established in 2003 we have a proven track record of helping people from all walks of life.
This is a specific, gym based program for 10-17 year old young people.
The program is tailored to each individual and is designed to teach them how to train safely and effectively in the gym.
With a maximum of 4 people per class, no other program in Sydney offers this level of supervision and training.
We are very pleased to offer Shockwave Therapy as part of our comprehensive treatment approach to plantar fasciitis and heel pain.
Shockwave is a clinically proven treatment that is very effective for people that have plantar fasciitis, however everyone needs a comprehensive assessment and treatment plan developed.

With a maximum of 6 people for our classes, you will get an amazing level of supervision and instruction.
Our physiotherapy team is led by Scott Wilson, APA Sports Physiotherapist, APA Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist.
Our physiotherapy clinic is conveniently located in Haberfield, in the inner west of Sydney. With easy access to the City West Link, as well as buses and the light rail, our clinic is easy to get to.

Our newest Class is our Junior Gym Program aimed at teaching kids and teenagers aged 10 to 17 how to train safely and effectively in a gym.
Others include our Core Class for building stability, improving posture, and general well-being and our Circuit Class, a high intensity workout to improve cardio, strength, and mobility in the one workout.
